how do you make gravy with Bisto (bristish gravy granulates) in pan grease (from browning beef)???

If you have the instructions for the Bisto, follow those if they reconstitute into gravy. However if they're just beef stock our bouillon granules, follow this: Measure the pan grease and add enough vegetable oil to make 1/4 cup, pour out any if you have more than that. Add 1/4 cup flour and continually stir over medium heat for at least one minute. Reconstitute enough granules to make 3 cups of liquid and VERY VERY slowly pour into the roux (the flour and grease mixture). You have to use a whisk to make sure there are no lumps and stir very quickly. Hope this helps!
