Cooking Meatloaf for dinner.?!


Question:

Cooking Meatloaf for dinner.?

I am cooking a 5lb meatloaf for dinner and I have all the items for it. I used to call my grandmother for recipes but unfortunately she past away July 2000 and now I have no one to ask. How long should it take to cook at a 350 degree setting? If you need to know I have it in a 9X13 rectangle cake pan(Thick Dark alluminum)? Thanks in advance!!!!


Answers:

It is only a guess...I have never cooked a meatloaf that large. I usually split it into two smaller loaves. But I think 1 1/2 - 2 hours should do it.
