Shrimp & Spinach Alfedo???

At what point do I put the shrimp& spinach in the suce , start , middle or end? Thanks


Answers:

It depends on if you're using pre-cooked shrimp or raw. If raw, add shrimp about 7-10min before serving (depends on the size of the shrimp) If pre-cooked, add 3-4 min. all you're doing is reheating the shrimp.

It also depends if you're using frozen or fresh spinach. If frozen try to defrost it before adding to the sauce (if your time allows) and wring it out using paper towels or it will water down your alfredo. If using fresh spinach, make sure it's washed well and drained and add it the same time as the shrimp as it will wilt quickly.
So towards the end when you're almost ready to serve for both ingredients.
