clean as you go or clean when your done? i clean as i go, i hate a big mess while i'm cooking :)

I don't slow myself down at all, guess i'm just fast, most of my time is spent in my kitchen so i have it pretty much down :)

I usually clean as I go.....I hate having a big pile of dishes to do later. It just makes it easier. But if I am making something simple that doesn't take alot of work or dishes, then I will do it after dinner. My old man......bless his heart, is an exellent cook, but the kitchen is always a disaster area afterwards!! LOL!!
