How do i make a hard boiled egg thats easy to peel?!

How do i make a hard boiled egg thats easy to peel?

when i peel them i peel like half the egg too...ive made them a few times where they were easy to peel...what am i doing wrong?


Answers:

Use old eggs.

The older they are, the easier they will peel.

Poke a pinhole in the large end, place in room temp water and let sit an hour. Then bring up to a boil, boil for 20 minutes then plunge in cold water.
