COUNTRY GRAVY
2-- table spoons bacon Greece
2-- table spoons flour (all purpose )
1/4-- tea spoons salt
DIRECTIONS
In a skillet add the bacon Greece flour and salt. cook over medium low heat stiring often until flour starts to turn a light brown.
Add 2 cups milk and stir until it thickens.
Serve over hot Buttermilk Biscuits.
