We are not picky eaters, we like almost everything except we are not big fish eaters, even though we should eat more fish. Looking for more dinner meals.

Answers:

Hello, along with your grocery list I made the meals that go with them- I don't really have a price on all of these but I' quite positive that the outcome of your spendings will be around $100.00! Enjoy... PS: I made these meals mixed in health. Most of them should be healthy but some might be on the not so healthy side.

1. Potato Bar-
4 LARGE potatoes
Butter
1 package of shredded cheese
1 container of small sourcream
2 cans of premade chilli
1 bundle of green onions chopped
1 bag o' salad (dressing of your choice)

Start cooking the potatoes and chilli with their desired cooking directions (there should be a potato button on you microwave and the chilli will have directions on it's wrapper). While they are cooking plate everthing in bowls so they are easy to get to, including the chilli when it's done cooking and make salad. Give everyone their potato, and the rest is up to them! This meal is easy, affordable and everyone i the famil will love it.

2. Summer Steak (sorry I didn't write this myslef but this is my family's favorite seak recipe it's delish and healthy!)

1/4 cup honey dijon mustard (small can of dijon mustard)
1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano (small package of oregano)
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme (small package of thyme)
1 tsp. pepper (you probably already have pepper)
1/2 tsp. salt (already have salt)
2 cloves minced garlic (garlic head)
4 boneless top sirloin steaks
4 corns
PREPARATION:
Start cooking corn in boiling water.
Prepare and heat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except steak and mix well. Spread this mixture on both sides of steaks and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Grill beef on uncovered grill 4-6" above medium coals for 1 minute on each side to sear.
Cover grill and cook 8-9 minutes longer for medium steaks, turning once during grilling. Take out corn and serve with butter. 4 servings

3. Pesto Meatballs in Fettucinne ( this recipe is a family favorite it's a new twist on regular meatballs in tomato sauce)

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. frozen cooked meatballs or one batch Easy Meatballs
12 oz. pkg. fettuccine pasta
16 oz. pkg. frozen bell pepper and onion stir fry mix
1 Tbsp. olive oil
12 oz. container refrigerated pesto
1 cup half and half
1 baguette of bread
butter
PREPARATION:
Bake meatballs as directed on package or in recipe. Set aside. Cook fettuccine as directed on package. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, in large skillet cook bell pepper and onion stir fry as directed on package, about 7-9 minutes.
When cooked, stir in meatballs, cooked and drained fettuccine, pesto, and half and half. Cook over medium heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture is hot. Take your baguette of bread and slice down the middle butter with bread and wrap in tin foil and place in a heated oven for 10 minutes. Serves 4 to 6

4. Make-Your-Own-Pizza

2 packages of premade pizza dough
1 can of your desired tomato sauce
1 package of shredded cheese ( you might have enough extra from the potato bar)
1 package of pepperonis
1 can of olives
1 yellow onion chopped ( of desired )
Split each package of dough into 2 peices. Have each family member work on their own pizza and make them the size thickness, shape, etc. Let them put their own sauce, cheese, pepperonis, olives, onions or whatever else they want. Then follow the cooking directions for the pizza. When their done enjoy! This is a meal where everyone will want to eat dinner because they made it! This should be enough for dinner but if you feel the meal isn't big enough just get a salad bag!
