I am making chili sauce - and I added TOO much vinigar. How can I fix it?
My ingredients are : tomatoes,celery,onions,peppers...
of course, vinigar (which I have too much of) and sugar. It is a large amount - 6 quarts. HELP !!

Add more sugar and some water and cook it down again, hope that works....sugar should counterbalance vinegar.
