Question:

Recipe question - cocoa / coconut topped marshmallow squares.?

This is a recipe that came from my grandma and I can't find it anywhere. It is a really simple recipe. All I can remember is that you line a greased cake pan with marshmallows cut in 3rds and then spread the cocoa mixture over top (once prepared) and then put it in the fridge. I cannot for the life of me remember the recipe for the cocoa mixture. I've looked everywhere online for this.

NOTE: it isn't a rocky road square..the marshmallows are not mixed in with anything, they simply line the pan. Also I think the cocoa mixture is made up in a sauce pan first. Anyway, if anyone out there knows what I'm talking about, let me know.

Answers:

I know something like that:
Combine 1 (12 ounce) pkg. semisweet chocolate morsels 1 Cup coconut shredded
1/2 cup peanut butter in sauce pan, heat
until morsels soften. Stir until mixture is smooth.

Hope it helps.
C!
