What do you think of this recipe?

Every now and then i experiment with foods and create recipes and im pretty good at it i created so many recipes and only 2 of them was nasty (The fried burger 'i cant believe i did that) and jalepeno fries)

Anyways her goes one i thought of 2 days ago

Honey-Glazed Grilled Chicken

5 boneless Chicken Breast
Teaspoon Sour Cream
1 cup of Worchester Sause
3/4 Cup of Honey
1/2 Cup of Molasses
1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup of Red Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 Cup of diced Mango (natural tenderizer)
1 cup of diced Red Pepper
1/2 Cup of diced Onions

In a blender you'll blend Every thing but the chicken marinate the chicken refigerate for 3 hours or over night and grill with perferred seasonings (i would use black pepper and garlic salt)

seems pretty good. a couple things though: that's alot of red wine vinegar and worcestershire...too much acid. soy sauce is an acid too. besides, with poultry you don't need much acid, if any since it's so tender already. also, with a marinade you need an oil. i believe, ratio maybe askewed, that it's 2 parts oil to 1 part acid. the oil acts as a carrier of the seasonings; spreads it all along the meat. i also don't see the relevance of the tsp of sourcream. and depending on how much acid you decide to go with, an overnight soak in the marinade maybe too long for chicken breasts. i'd go with just an hour or two
