Stuck in a sandwich rut..can anyone give me some fresh, new ideas for lunch?

Can any of you culinary people out there please give me some fresh ideas to pack in my school lunch? Here is the criteria:

a) No acess to a microwave at all, it must be cold cut
b) easy to prepare in the morning
c) Healthy but good
d) must be able to fit in a lunchbag about this size: http://www.powerranger.co.uk/pr084l.jpg...

I'm not very picky about my food. The only thing I'd perfer not to have in here is tuna or any sort of fish. I don't like eating seafood at that time of the day...

Try bumps on a log (peanut butter spread into the groove of a stalk of celery and topped with raisins.) Mix the peanut butter with a little margarine to make it easier to handle. To package these, put two stalks together, peanutbutter sides together, and wrap plastic wrap around the outside. They stay neater that way. Otherwise, the peanutbutter gets all over the plastic wrap and makes it unsticky.

You can also take peanutbutter or hummus as a great veggie dip. These both have good protein, to help keep you more attentive in school, whereas ranch dip does not. If you take veggies and ranch, you'd also need to take a source of protein.

When packing a lunch, it's a good idea to fill a waterbottle about 1/4 or 1/3 full (depending on your climate,) cap it, and lay it on its side in the freezer the night before. When packing your lunch in the morning, grab the bottle and fill it with water and put it with your lunch. It keeps your lunch cool AND gives you a good drink at lunch.
