Can strawberries or blueberries be freezed for later use?!

Question:

Can strawberries or blueberries be freezed for later use?

Answers:

Yes both can be frozen for later use.

For strawberries, I hull them first (remove the green top), I then place them standing up on the cut edge on a cookie sheet and freeze them a sheet at a time. Once frozen I then put them into Ziploc freezer bags. By freezing them first, the strawberries don't stick together in the freezer bag and then it is easier to take out just the amount of strawberries you need and keep the rest frozen.

For blueberries I place a single layer on a cookie sheet, freeze those and then put them into the freezer bag. Similar to the strawberries.
