Answers:

CHEESE - FILLED MANICOTTI

1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. (16 oz.) spaghetti sauce

Prepare pasta, drain. Rinse with cold water, drain, arrange in single layer to fill. Mix ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 cups of the Mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, egg whites, parsley, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture in manicotti shells. Place filled shells in single layer in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over shells. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
