Chicken in pan?!


Question:

Chicken in pan?

I want to make boneless, skinless chicken breasts put have no idea how to do it in a pan?? pls help...i have never done it before...thanks

i have not even done it on a grill...never had to cook in my life


Answers:

I make sure they're thawed entirely first- (put them in a plastic ziplock, and put that in warm water to speed this if I need to- but don't let it sit out completely thawed at room temperature for long because of bacterial growth). Then just put a little veggie oil in the pan and cook over medium heat. Just guessing it's something like 10-12 minutes... Keep turning them, though. You can tell they're done when they're opaque white all the way through (cut one in half).
