Answers:

I make a beef stew by using about 1# beef cubes, putting in either frozen or canned veggies that my family likes (like green beans, corn, peas) Then add a can of cream of mushroom soup and a onion soup packet to it. I usually add a few dashes of salt, pepper, and garlic powder to it. Now if you want it with pototoes add chunks of potatoes. I usually omit the potatoes though and when complete make a bag of egg noodles seperatly and put the stew over the egg noodles. It is really good. Cook on low for about 8 hours.

This is another good recipe i got from Campbell's kitchen.com
Ingredients:

1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) Campbell's? Condensed Cream of Mushroom
1 cup converted long-grain white rice
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
6 tbsp. butter OR margarine
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix the dry onion soup, milk, mushroom soup, and rice in a medium bowl.

Put chicken in bottom of greased slow cooker. Place 1 TB of butter on each breast. Pour soup mixture over all. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours.

Go to www.campbellskitchen.com and www.allrecipes.com and enter "slow cooker" into the search field. This is wear I get most of my slow cooker recipes from. Escpecially Campbells because all of their recipes are usually super easy.
