What sort of side dishes should I offer to lactose intolerant?

I realize its early, but this year the family Thanksgiving will be at our new house! My sister in law's long time boyfriend is lactose intolerant. I'd like to have some side dishes that everyone can eat, but I don't want him to have to make me a list! So what are some good Thanksgiving recipes for him?
