Neither are great for you, but you could use 1 TB butter, and 1/4 cup cheese. What kind of cheese are you using? You might want to try a reduced fat cheese, but never a zero fat cheese since these don't melt very well. You could also add some fresh broccoli to your cheese. Bacon bits are little to no fat and great as a substitute for real bacon. A light sour cream, and chives are good toppings too.
