How would you peel a hard boiled egg so that the white part doesn't stick to the shell as you peel it?!

Question:

How would you peel a hard boiled egg so that the white part doesn't stick to the shell as you peel it?

Answers:

It helps if your eggs are a little older . Keep them in the fridge for 7 to 10 days. Place them in cold water in a pot where they'll be completely covered with water and bring to a very low boil. Turn off the heat & cover the pot & allow the eggs to sit for 12 minutes. Drain and run cold water over them until they are cool and then peel. If you eat a lot of hard boiled eggs you can mark them so you can tell which ones are older.
