Answers:

Makes about 12 slices.. i know you wanted 6 but it's soo good you'll want more anyway

2 teaspoon sunflower oil
250g (9oz) self-raising flour
6 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
300g (10oz) sunflower margarine (NOt low-fat- spread))
300g (10oz) soft brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence or extract
6 large eggs
150g (5oz) dark-chocolate
150ml (quarter of a pint) double cream
and two cake tins

Line & grease two cake tins with the sunflower oil..
Sieve the flour, cocoa and baking powder into a large bowl
get out another bowl and put the margarine and sugar into it. Cut the margarine into cubes and stir and cream utnil they are creamy, add the vanilla and beat them again
Crack one egg into a cup then add it to the bowl with one tablespoon of flour. Beat well. Do this with each egg
Gently stir the rest of the flour, moving the spoon in the shape of a number eight. this will keep the mixture light
Bake/cook for 40-45 mins approx..

While the cake is cooking, make the iccing
Break the choc into a heatproof bowl. Add the cream
Heat 5cm (2in)of water in to a pan until it is just bubbling.
Put the bowl into the pan. Stir the chocolate until it melts.
When it is melted, let it cool, then put it in a bowl in the fridge.
Stir the icing a few times while it is cooking in the fridge. It will thickwen. When it is like soft butter, take it out of the fridge.
Spread a third of the icing on one cake. Put the other cake on top of it and cover the top of it and sides with the icing...
