Name of this pasta dish fried in a pan to resemble a pie?
My mom always made 'pasta pies' (what we always called them) when we were kids. A mixture of cooked pasta, eggs, and parm cheese, was slowly browned in a pan of olive oil, then flipped and browned on the other side.
It has to be called something other then 'pasta pie'. :)
