Tuna & Pasta Cheddar Melt
Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Campbell's? Condensed Chicken Broth
1 soup can water
3 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's? Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup milk
1 can (about 6 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. butter, melted OR margarine, melted

Directions:

HEAT broth and water to a boil in skillet. Add pasta and cook until just tender, stirring often. Do not drain.

STIR in soup, milk and tuna. Top with cheese. Mix bread crumbs with butter. Sprinkle on top. Heat through.

TIP: Serve with steamed whole green beans. For dessert serve clementines.

Tuna Blush Bake

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Bake Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 5

Ingredients:

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's? Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups Prego? Traditional Pasta Sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups hot cooked medium shell pasta
1 can (about 6 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm? Classic Cut Seasoned Croutons, coarsely crushed

Directions:

MIX soup and milk. Stir in pasta sauce, Monterey Jack cheese and Parmesan cheese. Add pasta and tuna and toss gently to coat. Spoon into 2-qt. shallow baking dish.

BAKE at 350°F. for 25 min. Top with croutons. Bake 5 min. or until hot.
