How do you make dinner for each person that is under 480 calories?
I would like to make dinners that have 480 calories like the commercial ones in the store that help weight loss, but way cheaper, any suggestions? I am a low-end novice cook of unhealthy foods at home. thanks in advance.

There are many, many things that fit your criteria. Just make the meat and startch portions smaller, and increase the veggies.
Whatever you make, think of serving it with salad and/or steamed veggies.
And whatever meat you choose, just don't serve fried or with heavy sauce. Think grilled chicken, or steamed fish.
