Question:

My quiche isn't baked in the middle. Can I save it?

The middle top part is still not fully cooked. Is there any way I can save the quiche?

The crust is fully cooked and I don't want to risk burning it.

Answers:

Wrap some tinfoil carefully around the exposed part of the crust to cover it and help keep it from browning any further, then place your quiche back in the oven and cook until the egg part is jiggly like jello but not looking watery under the top egg crust
