When a recipe calls for sour cream can you subtitute it with natural yogurt? if not how do you sour cream?!

Question:

Answers:

Yes yogurt works fine as a sub for sour cream in some dishes. I use it in Chicken Paprikash instead of sour cream. I would not use it in a Beef Stroganoff, in that dish you want the distinct taste of sour cream.
