Answers:

There is a variety of oils for every taste and purpose.
Peanut: ideal fo pan, shallow, deep and stir-frying. It's widely used in Asian cooking and it's also great for adding flavour to salads by using it in dressing.
Sesame: Has a powerful flavour. Common in Asian foods, salads, soups, dipping sauces and marinades.
Grapeseed: Best used in mayonnaise, stir-fries, baking and it's great for baking.
Avocado: What I like about it is that it enhances rather than overpowers delicate flavours. Ideal for dizzilin over fish or chicken. Great in dressing and as a dipping oil.
macadamia: High in anti-oxidants. Great to use in cooking, baking and dressings.
