Is this enough food for a teenage boy?
I'm a 17 year old, 5'10", 113 pound boy. Do you think this is enough food for me?
Breakfast:
Small bowl of cheerios
Small apple
Odwalla bar
Lunch:
Orange
Celery
Snack:
5 strawberries
Diet Soda
Dinner:
1/2 Whole Foods chicken sandwich with 2x chicken and cheese
Dolma
Snack:
Small oatmeal raisin cookie
I mean it FEELS like enough food, but my parents say its not.

I calculated it, and it comes out to be 1200 calories.

Well 17 year old boys do tend to eat a little bit more than that!
BTW the only diet soda that contains splenda is "waist watchers," and I doubt you're drinking that. Splenda is a lot better for you than the other artificial sweeteners.
I would eat that 1/2 chicken sandwhich you're eating for dinner for lunch instead a long with the fruit or vegetable.
For dinner I would eat something a little more substaintial than half a sandwhich. Maybe meat and vegetables?
Are you dieting? If you're only 113 pounds you shouldn't be on a diet. Good luck anyhow
