What seasonal ingriedients shall I use this fall?!

Question:

What seasonal ingriedients shall I use this fall?

We usually like to use squash, maple syrup, gorgonzola cheese, apple....What would you use?

Answers:

Don't forget about nuts, pears and quinces, as well as things like thick bean soups, and any veggies that harvest in the autumn, like tomatoes, corn, peppers, winter squash, zucchini, patty pan and summer squash, basil and all other herbs make great herbed vinegars and oils. I could go on and on here. Pomegranate seeds are delicious in salad. And this is the time of pumpkin and squash raviolis, breads, soups, stews and PIES!
