Can anyone tell me what I can eat for dinner that has 300 calories or less? Thanks....

Then, put a tilapia filet on top with salt, pepper, and lime juice, and let it steam for about ten minutes. Serve with a side of pinto beans, you can buy them canned fat free, or cook them the old fashioned way without using any fat.
Or, a spinach salad with dried cranberries, red onion, tomatoes, a small grilled chicken breast, a sprinkle of blue chees, and fat-free honey mustard dressing. YUM!!
