How long will green peppers last if I vaccum pack them and freeze them? Do I have to blanch if cooking first?!

Answers:

Green peppers last about a year in the freezer. Vaccum packing them they will probably last longer. I have a vegetable farm and so I always freeze peppers and I also freeze onions with them. They pretty much always go hand in hand. No blanching required. Go to your local farmers market and get the fresh stuff!
