OLD BAY SEASONING

EDIT: Actually, I just remembered that Red Robin restaurants use some sort of seasoning salt that is pretty delish too (they sell their own brand of it, but probably most seasoning salts on the market are similar).
It's also classic to toss your fries with Herbes de Provence (you can make your own with 1 teaspoon each: dried parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme).
Malt vinegar is lovely too.
Still, I'd stick with Old Bay. It will rock your world.
