Is it bad to cook partially-thawed meat?!

Question:

Is it bad to cook partially-thawed meat?

I pulled some pork chops out of the freezer last night to put in the crock pot this morning. They were only partially thawed, but I put them in the crockpot on high anyway. Thoughts?

Answers:

In a crockpot you will be fine. It might run a bit longer to cook them than if thawed but a negligible amount for total crockpot cooking time. You may have a little extra liquid floating at the top but you shouldn't notice a difference.
