Baked pork chops, potatoes, frozen peas in same pan???!


Question:

Baked pork chops, potatoes, frozen peas in same pan???

I am the worst cook in world but I would like to try to see if it is possible to bake chops, potatoes and peas at same time in same pan. My kids love all three but they are tired of the same thing. Any ideas or recipes?


Answers:

If you are using frozen green peas, cook the potatoes and chops first. Otherwise the peas will become mushy.
Brown the chops first, Salt and pepper, put into an oven pan. Toss the potatoes with some oil, salt and pepper. Add to the pan. Bake at approx 375 degrees for one hour (depends on thickness of chops and how large the potato chunks are).
When they are done, put the peas in, cover and let them steam a few minutes.
