Question:

How to make traditional wonton noodle dry soup???

Answers:

Here is the simple one..

Use chinese wonton noodles [Chinese thin egg noodles], boil till it cooks (dig some and taste to make sure it cooks),rinse it and put in a bowl, add dark soy sause and watery soy sause to season it, don put too much otherwise it will too salty.saute some garlic and small pupple onion and put on it.add some pepper too!

For the Wonton, very easy!
Get wonton skin from supermarket, they should come in packing.

Get some pork meat, mince it and add some salt and little bit of sugar, soy sause and pepper. mix them up and start to wrap.

Make sure apply some water using your finger on the tip and the edge of the wonton skin before you wrap.otherwise when you put in to boil it,it will open.

If when you closed the wonton with the pork it like a triangle shape and you apply some water and if it do not stick, put some corn flour on the skin and finger with water.it will act like glue.

roughly boil for 10 minutes or less or more.depend how big your wonton is.

for the vege, use Bak choy vege ( I dont know wat it calls in english). Wash it and chop it about a finger length, cook with boil water and it cooks very fast, so monitor it while you cook. few minutes to get it cook.

If you a chinese. you should understand what im saying :D
