I never have heard of battering a pork chop
I have heard of breading a pork chop
you dip the chop into flour, then beaten egg, then
seasoned flour ,then more beaten egg,
then bread crumbs. Then gently lower the chop into hot oil and do not fuss with it for 4 minutes,
turn once and cook for 4 more minutes
keep warm in oven till serving time.
