Help! How long do I cook 3+ lbs of meat loaf?

To an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
The actual time varies depending on several factors: meat fat content, meat to other ingredient ratio, but especially on thickness of the loaf and what you are cooking in. (a loaf pan makes a big difference compared to on a cookie sheet)
The higher temperature you cook it, the more the loaf will shrink; the lower the temp the longer it takes, and you could dry it out.
3lbs is a good sized loaf, I would venture a guess of 90 mins at 350 with a glaze on top of the meat.
Use a thermometer to make sure your loaf is food safe at 160, you could pull it at 145-150 and let carry over take it the rest of the way.
