Can I put pineapple in couscous?!


Question:

Can I put pineapple in couscous?

I'm gonna make some couscous for dinner. I was gonna put andouille sausage (spicy) red onion and red / yellow bell peppers in it. You think it would be OK to put crushed pineapple chunks in it? Kinda sweet and spicy? Or would that just be nasty?

Also, you think I should use beef broth or chicken broth for my liquid?

OK. I'm off to the store now. So any other answers will be nice, but I won't see them before I cook the couscous. I already have crushed pineapple...but I'm still not sure if I'm gonna use it.

OMG pineapple and Couscous! Didn't your mum warn you. Wel I guess it's too late now so you had better get in some razors for shaving the soles of your feet.
