Question:

How long does it take to grill country style boneless pork ribs?

if you have a recipe, i would greatly appreciate it...i have about 3-4 lbs of it and i would like to know what temperature it should be cooked on a gas grill and for how long on each side? thank you!

Answers:

Start by pre-cooking them. Either par-boil in water in a covered pan for 30-45 minutes over low heat, or bake in 325 oven loosely covered by foil for 45 - 60 minutes. Then grill over medium-low fire for 10-15 minutes per side. Baste with any barbecue sauce during the last few minutes on the grill. Watch to make sure they don't scorch once you've added the sauce. You can also place them with a small amount of liquid in a slow-cooker on low for up to 5 hours, then finish on the grill. They will be really moist and tender this way!
