Question:

I baked a cheesecake yesterday for a get together today - but unfortunately the even has been postponed?

Its been postponed for wednesday - ie. 5 days from now - My question is :"can i store the untopped cheesecake in the refrigerator only wrapped in cling film in the springform pan till wednesday ? or do i need to freeze it?
how long will my cheesecake last in the refrigeretor?


Answers:

I have served cheesecake after a week. It will not go bad wrapped up in the fridgse after 5 days. Cheesecake is better after a few days anyway. If you freeze it, the texture will not be the same.
