What's for dinner? I need kid-friendly cuisine ideas, please!?!

Question:

What's for dinner? I need kid-friendly cuisine ideas, please!?

I've got two 8 year olds and a 5 year old at my house and I'm looking for dinner ideas that are kid-friendly and easy to make, but NOT hot dogs, hamburgers, mac n cheese, or pizza! :P Any new ideas for me?

Here's recipe that my two sons have loved since they were little. They still request it now that they're in their 20s.

Ham Noodle Casserole

2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs flour
1 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

3 cups uncooked, extra wide egg noodles
2 cups diced, cooked ham
2 Tbs ketchup
1 cup drained peas

Pre-heat oven to 350

Cook noodles al dente (about 7 minutes).

Meanwhile, melt butter in sauce pan over low heat.
Slowly whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
Slowly add cheese; stirring until melted and blended.
Stir in ketchup.

In a casserole dish, mix noodles, ham, and peas.
Pour cheese sauce over mixture and fold together.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
