Steaks - cooking - tender - surprised!!?
A while back I cooked some steak and I remember it being very tasty AND tender on top of it and it was NOT an expensive steak. I forgot what kind it was and now I found it again -- cooked it and it is AGAIN tender and very tender. The steak is beef chuck under blade. MY QUESTION is it's always seemed to be that the expensive steaks were the best (tender/tasty) -- why is this so good and not so expensive? Is it just me or have you experienced it too?

It could be that you're a really good cook!
Or it could be that you've stumbled upon a store with a really good butcher (it makes a difference).
