Roast beef?!


Question:

Roast beef?

I bought inside round boneless for a roast beef, do I cut off the strings before cooking? I usually use outside round but this one looked so good!


Answers:

always, always, always cook it with the strings...if you get those strings all marinated with whatever you prefer...the heat will cause the string to dry and release more flavor in your roast beef.....I have been a cook for the past 9 years....trust me when I say leave them on...unless your gunna cook it dry
