I'd like a good dry rub for sirloin steak?!

Question:

I'd like a good dry rub for sirloin steak?

nothing too spicy but one that will add flavor and tenderness. i'm tired of the same old stuff. got any good ideas?

Answers:

1 tsp. of garlic powder
1 tsp. of onion powder
1/2 tsp. of black pepper
1/2 tsp. of cumin
1 tsp. of kosher salt
1/2 tsp. of paprika
1/2 tsp. of ginger
1/4 tsp. of thyme powder

blend. Drizzle the steak with a touch of oil, and rub the spice blend into the meat. Let sit for about 10 minutes so the flavors permeate the meat, and sear on a hot grill or in a hot pan.
