Is there anything I can do to salvage my pumpkin cheesecake?!

Question:

Is there anything I can do to salvage my pumpkin cheesecake?

Late last night while making my pumpkin cheesecake for recipe club, while holding my screaming teething infant, I dropped my graham cracker crust on the floor right before adding the batter to it. Naturally that went into the trash, and instead of throwing away the batter (nearing midnight and too late to hit the stores to restart the crust), I put the batter in the pie plate and into the oven.

Now I don't know what to do with it. Any suggestions on how to serve it today, to get some use out of it?

Answers:

Do you have fancy parfait glasses or single serving dishes? Do you have any left over graham crackers? Coolwhip? You could layer in glasses sprinkle some graham crackers in bottom layer coolwhip& cheesecake top with coolwhip and sprinkle crumbs on top.
