Will someone who really know about shrimps please answer my question?
I know seafood can be dangerous to your health if it's not handled the right way.
I've heard that once you defrost shrimp -like the ones you buy at the grocery store- you need to eat them all and not put them back in the fridge because they will become venemous. Is that true?
If I defrost some shrimp and use them to make a dish for lunch and not all of it is consumed, do I have to throw the leftovers away instead of keeping them in the fridge to eat later that day?
Please, this is important, if you don't know the answer please abstain from replying. Thanks a lot.

Once you cook them, You CAN refrigerate them and eat them the next day.
