Lean cuisine has a great dish like that and it is really creamy and low fat. I travel a lot and I just cant find Lean Cuisine everywhere.

Just exactly what you have said.
First, begin by boiling your water that you have seasoned liberally with salt, about 1 - 2 tbsp. Once your water has come to a rolling boil add your pasta. Let this undercook by about three minutes. Before you drain the pasta keep abour 1 cup of the pasta water.
While this is happening, blanch or mic your broccoli for a few minutes until it's just slightly tender. I like to mic mine because it's easier to monitor and enfuse the lemon flavor. Put as much broccoli as you like in a dish with a about a tsp. of lemon zest, salt and pepper. Depending on the amount of broccoli will depend on the time. I generally go on medium high for about 3 minutes in a dish that I have a cover for or have covered with plastic wrap.
Then toss your peeled, deveined shrimp that you have seasoned with salt and pepper in the sautee pan with a little olive oil for about 2 minutes, then add the cooked broccoli for about 2 minutes, then add the pasta with some pasta water. The pasta water will moisten the pasta. Let this simmer for about 2 minutes. Right before you are about to serve taste the pasta for seasoning. Then top with fresh squeezed lemon juice. It's not going to be thick and creamy, but it will be smooth and refreshing. Lean Cuisine, like most other frozen diet companies use a lot of sodium with potato starch to keep the calories down.
If you would like to add some parm cheese to this it will make it creamier, just make sure it's grated, that mealy stuff doesn't really melt well. I make it like this all the time. I add the parm when I add the pasta water, I said save a cup, but that's only if you are using the whole lb. of pasta. Add the grated parm then. Right before I am about to serve I like to toss some fresh diced parm cheese to this.
