How do you keep the egg yoke in tact while cooking the egg?

I tried doing it today but the yellow stuf in the egg just went hard and didn't ozze out, im not the best of cooks but its just one of them things that i realy want to know how to lol... anyone know?


Answers:

First you want to make sure you are using non-stick cooking spray. The key to cooking eggs "Sunnyside up" as you are trying to do, is to not flip them too soon!

Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray, make sure its not too hot, about 325 degrees, and crack your egg over the pan. As the whites start to firm up, your yolk will too. Takes about 2 minutes, then flip again, cooking depending on how you like them (runny, medium, hard).

Another good way to cook eggs while keeping the yoke intact is to poach them. Simply boil a pan of water, once the water has started boiling, crack the egg right into the water. Let it float around a few minutes and your done.
