How do you cook a lactose-free mashed potato?!

Question:

How do you cook a lactose-free mashed potato?

Is there any substitute (other than soya milk) that would make my recipe still sumptuous?

Answers:

Ingredients:

3 1/2 cups Swanson? Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodness? or Certified Organic)
5 large potatoes, cut into 1" pieces (about 7 1/2 cups)
Generous dash black pepper

Directions:
