Hi there, I have some boneless beef ribs to make, I got them tender once before but don't know how I did it. I want them really really tender. Can anyone tell me how to do this from their personal experience? Baked please!

I have 3 beef country style ribs that are boneless

Answers:

Put the ribs in the oven @ 325 degrees and cook for 15 min...after 15 minutes reduce the heat and cook covered @ 225 degrees for 1 hour. After 1 hour remove the foil and cook for 1 more hour. Rebaste the ribs and cook for an additional hour
