can anyone suggest something easy and delicious to prepare??

EASY ANCHOVY GARLIC SPAGHETTI
Cook a pound of spaghetti until al dente, drain.
In large flat skillet, empty one can anchovies and all the juice, add 2 T. extra virgin olive oil. Cook slowly until anchovies melt into the olive oil. Add 2 T. minced garlic in oil. Simmer 5 minutes.
Toss all with the pasta.
This is soooooo good and even better reheated.
I serve with crunchy buttered toast.
A lot of people who say they will not eat anchovies have eaten this and been amazed at how good it is!!!
