Answers:

I lilke to cook Chicken cordon blu when I am having company or it is a special occasion, it's super easy and I bet your brother would even like it. Take a chicken breast, pound it until it is about 1/2" flat. Place a slice of ham and a slice of swiss cheese on it and roll it up, secure it with a couple of toothpicks or string. Then, dip it in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Fry in 1/4" of oil on high heat to get each side crispy brown, then place in an oven at 350 degrees and bake for an additional 45 mins. That's all!! You've got a pretty meal fit for a queen. Serve with asparagus (or your fav. veggie) and premade mashed potatoes or minute rice (keeps the meal simple and easy).
